THURSDAY, MARCH 9

• Frank James, 39, of Missoula, Mont., was arrested for a warrant of arrest and obstructing or resisting an officer and has since been released.

• Heather Dechand, 35, of Pinehurst, was arrested and booked for a controlled substance schedule II, destruction of evidence and controlled substance paraphernalia and delivery.

• Dwayne Noel, 50, of Spokane Valley, Wash., was arrested and booked for drug trafficking in methamphetamine, controlled substance delivery and controlled substance paraphernalia.

FRIDAY, MARCH 10

• Jessica Borchers, 36, of Springdale, Wash., was arrested and booked for battery on an officer.

SATURDAY, MARCH 11

• James Young, 35, of Pinehurst, was arrested for intoxicated pedestrian and has since been released.

• Steven Henry, 68, of Kingston, was arrested and booked for a controlled substance schedule II, possession of less than 3 ounces of marijuana and controlled substance paraphernalia with intent to use.

SUNDAY, MARCH 12

• Amanda Keller, 56, of Smelterville, was arrested and booked for driving under the influence.

• Bradly Rasmussen, 24, of Wallace, was arrested and booked for a warrant of an arrested felony.
