NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE On Tuesday, the 16th day of May, 2023, at the hour of 10:00 o’clock a.m. of said day at the Shoshone County Courthouse, 700 Bank St., Wallace, in the County of Shoshone, State of Idaho, Ryan M. Fawcett, as Successor Trustee, will sell at public auction, to the highest bidder, for cash, in lawful money of the United States, all payable at the time of sale, the following described real property situated in the County of Shoshone, State of Idaho, and described as follows, to-wit: Lot 6, Block 13, Woodland First Addition, Pinehurst, Shoshone County, State of Idaho, according to the official and recorded plat thereof.
