Debbie R. Brimlow, 63, of Coeur d’Alene, was arrested and booked for a felony failure to appear.
Paul Alex Walkenshaw, 58, of Kellogg, was arrested and booked for possession with intent to deliver and possession of paraphernalia related to a controlled substance.
Mary S. Wilkens, 51, of Smelterville, was arrested and booked for possession of a controlled substance schedule II.
