Nov. 9

Seth Garner Neis, 34, of Morton, Mont., was arrested and booked for a felony probation violation.

Nov. 10

Jeremy Pittman, of Spokane, was arrested and booked for possession of a controlled controlled substance schedule II, possession of marijuana, and possession of paraphernalia related to a controlled substance.

Jessica Lynn Waldvogel, 45, of Smelterville, was arrested and booked for robbery, battery and obstructing or resisting an officer.

Timothy Allen Wentland, 35, of Kellogg, was arrested and booked for a DUI and having an open container in a vehicle.

Mallory Taylor Young, 22, of Big Fork, Mont., was arrested and booked for possession of a controlled substance schedule II and use or possession of paraphernalia related to a controlled substance.

Nov. 11

John Patrick Daly, 32, of Big Fork, Mont., was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of paraphernalia related to a controlled substance.

Colton D. King, 20, of Kellogg, was arrested and booked for battery and rape.

Deborah Anne Miller, 44, of Wallace, was arrested and booked for a felony probation violation.
