- What experience has prepared you for this office?
Listening to the concerns of teachers, parents, and other people in the community, they are worried about how poorly their kids are doing in school. The educational standards in our state appear to be of little importance to our leaders, some changes need to happen.
- What is the No. 1 issue/problem you believe you will face if elected, and how will you
resolve it?
The number one issue, among others, it would be the division between parents and the Board of Trustees. With the help of the other members of the board, I will try to bridge the void that exists between them so we can work together as one unit.
- What do you consider a top responsibility for the position you’re seeking?
As a trustee, I will be responsible for conveying the parent’s concerns to the school and to other educational leaders. It is a tremendous honor to be their representative and must take this position seriously to improve the schools in our county.
- Why should voters choose you?
The voters should choose me because I care about the future of our children as I feel they don’t have the necessary resources currently available to become informed and contribute to our society. I’m convinced that if we all work together, we can make positive changes in the school system that would benefit the kids, teachers, and parents. Lastly, the voters should choose me because I will be their voice and represent them always.
