Aug. 28

Elissa Dee Calabretta, 41, of Kellogg, was arrested and booked for a violation of an order of protection.

Alpheus Edwin III, 36, of Havre, Mont., was arrested and booked for possession of a controlled substance schedule II and possession of paraphernalia related to a controlled substance.

Anthony Jacob Mueller, 19, of Kellogg, was arrested and booked for a failure to appear.

Lacey Eagle Theboy, 38, of Box Elder, Mont. was arrested and booked for delivery of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of a firearm, destruction of evidence, possession of a controlled substance schedule II, possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance schedule III, possession of paraphernalia related to a controlled substance, and reckless driving.

Aug. 29

Sunshine Myriah Lyons, 43, of Kingston, was arrested and booked for two counts of failure to appear.

Aug. 30

Samantha Marie Bitterle, 31, of Osburn, was arrested and booked for possession of a controlled substance and possession of paraphernalia related to a controlled substance with intent to use.

Elizabeth Ann Marie Scott, 19, of Cataldo, was arrested and booked for failure to appear.

Alan William Smola, 58, of Missoula, Mont., was arrested and booked for felony bond revocation.
