Shoshone County jail bookings

Sept. 1

Crystal Joy Baldwin, 41, of Kellogg, was arrested and booked for a probation violation.

Dwayne Lee Noel, 51, of Spokane Valley, Wash., was arrested and booked for a felony failure to appear.

Diana Lynn Raiha, 54, of Kellogg, was arrested and booked for a probation violation.

Owen Robert Seatz, 22, of Kellogg, was arrested and booked for failure to appear.

Sept. 2

Kenneth Lee Beck, 45, of Kellogg, was arrested and booked for DUI.

Sept. 3

Jesse Peirre Leblanc, 30, of Cataldo, was arrested and booked for felony unlawful possession of a firearm, DUI, possession of marijuana and driving without privileges.

John Calvin Osburn, 55, of Kellogg, was held for Kootenai County law enforcement.

Erik Charles Weske, 37, of Kingston, was arrested and booked for DUI.

Sept. 4

Robert Joseph Berger, 51, of Lake Havasu City, Ariz., was arrested and booked for possession of a controlled substance schedule II, unlawful possession of a firearm, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia related to a controlled substance.

Angela Ann Christmann, 51, of Kellogg, was arrested and booked for a probation violation.

James Matthew Miller, 43, of Smelterville, was arrested and booked for a failure to appear.

Donna Kim Palombit, 52, of White Lake, Mich., was arrested and booked for obstructing or resisting an officer, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia related to a controlled substance, possession of a non-prescribed drug and failure to display ID to law enforcement.

Sept. 5

Jacob Matthew Kiene, 25, of Kellogg, was arrested and booked for a failure to appear.

Sept. 6

Lonnie Ray Brown, 40, of Houston, Texas, was arrested and booked for having a disqualified commercial driver’s license.
