Jerry John Garcia, 58, of Spokane, was arrested and booked for a felony failure to appear charge.

Stephen Kyle Scott, 39, of Kellogg, was arrested and charged with a bond revocation/failure to comply.

John Nance III Garner, 44, of Wallace, was arrested and booked for a felony parole violation.
