Nicholas Wade Funk, 27, of Smelterville, was arrested and booked for possession of a controlled substance schedule II and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Keith Erin Newell, 41, of Mullan, was arrested and booked for possession of a controlled substance schedule II.

Raymond Anthony Holguin, 35, of Hayden, was arrested and booked for felony failure to appear.

Scott Andrew Leitch, 58, of Wallace, was arrested and booked for DUI.

Amber Marie Slatten, 37, of Osburn, was arrested and booked for felony probation violation.

James Allen Zillmer, 46, of Colfax, Wash., was arrested and booked for felony failure to appear.
