April 15

Bill Allen Gates, 69, of Buhl, was arrested and booked for battery on an officer, obstruction or resisting an officer and breaking the Pinehurst City Ordinance.

Frankie Hyatt Jr., 40, of Wallace, was arrested and booked for burglary, felony attempted grand theft and a felony probation violation.

April 16

Mark Travis Garnett, 35, of Coeur d’Alene, was arrested and booked for two counts of delivery of a controlled substance, felony unlawful possession of a firearm, obstructing or resisting an officer, possession of paraphernalia related to a controlled substance with intent to use and a failure to appear.

James Elliott Kennerly, 40, address unknown, was arrested and booked for possession of a controlled substance schedule II and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Peter Isaac Smith III, 40 of Browning, Mont., was arrested and booked for a failure to appear.

Marissa Rose Ferrara, address unknown, was arrested and booked for a probation violation.

James Elliott Kennerly, 40 address unknown, was arrested and booked for possession of a controlled substance schedule II and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.
