Silverton assisted living facility to celebrate 50th anniversary with BBQ
Silverton Health and Rehabilitation of Cascadia is hosting a community BBQ for its 50th anniversary in use as an assisted living facility in the Silver Valley.

SILVERTON — Silverton Health and Rehabilitation of Cascadia is turning 50 this week and to celebrate, they’re hosting a community BBQ 11a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 24 at 406 7th St., Silverton.
There will be live music by Johnny McGee, vendors, a raffle, free school supplies (while supplies last) and family-friendly activities.
If you attend the community BBQ in 70s attire, you’ll receive an extra raffle ticket for dressing up.
