Shoshone County jail bookings

Jan. 29

Joshua Michael Almaguer, 23, of Smelterville, was arrested and booked for two counts of failure to appear.

Jason Weldon Brown, 44, of Kellogg, was arrested and booked for failure to register as a sex offender.

Nicole Yvonne Leavitt, 38, of Kellogg, was arrested and booked for felony bond revocation.

Jan. 30

Sara J. Jackson, 47, of Kennewick Wash., was arrested and booked for possession of a controlled substance schedule II and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Majorjon Martin Kaylor, 54 of Kellogg, was arrested and booked for a probation violation.

Becky Ann Lutkins, 48, of Kellogg, was arrested and booked for felony grand theft, burglary, two counts of felony criminal conspiracy, and obstructing or resisting an officer.  

Ryan James Mitchell, 35, of Kellogg, was arrested and booked for felony grand theft, felony criminal conspiracy, burglary, obstructing or resisting an officer, and assault.

Jan. 31

Kandi Kaye Hughes, 58, of Kellogg, was arrested and booked for being an intoxicated pedestrian.

Feb. 1

Jeffrey Scott Barker, 51, of Cheney, Wash., was arrested and booked for possession of a controlled substance schedule II and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.
