Michael Ansbaugh, 52, of Spokane, was arrested and booked for three counts of petit theft.
Justin James Williamson, 41, of Smelterville, was arrested and booked for a failure to appear.
Feb. 4
Kenneth Robert Mitchell, 54, of Osburn, was arrested for aggravated battery and attempted strangulation.
