Ryan Russell Austin, 36

Ryan Russell Austin, 36, a blessed son, father and brother, of Wallace, Idaho, passed away Feb. 2, 2024, at Silverton Health and Rehabilitation of Cascadia in Silverton, Idaho. Ryan was born Feb. 22, 1987, in Spokane, Wash., a son of John Austin and Sandra (Lunsford) Austin. 

Ryan enjoyed the mountains, trees and his friends. He enjoyed spending time with his nieces and nephews and shared with them his fascination with old bottles and rocks. 

Ryan’s family is extremely grateful to Hospice of North Idaho and Cascadia of Silverton for taking such good care of Ryan with love and kindness. 

He is survived by his parents, John and Sandy Austin; his two daughters, Skyelee Austin and Ryandra Austin; and three brothers, Nathan (Bree) Austin, Travis Austin, and Jamie (Jani) Austin. Ryan was also blessed with many other family members. 

No services are planned, but his family asks that you remember him when you enjoy the beautiful scenery of North Idaho.
