Shoshone County jail bookings

Feb. 5

Jeffrey Scott Werk, 34, of Harlem, Mont., was arrested and booked for felony failure to appear.

Feb. 6

Stacie Marie Lopez, 27, of Osburn, was arrested and booked for obstructing or resisting an officer and being an intoxicated pedestrian.

Feb. 7

Virgil Dean Case, 61, of Osburn, was arrested and booked for petit theft, possession of marijuana and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Brian Andrew Fernquist, 52, of Mullan, was arrested and booked for obstructing or resisting an officer and destroying evidence.

Patricia Marie Cook, 59, of Pinehurst, was arrested and booked for possession of a controlled substance schedule II and possession of paraphernalia related to a controlled substance.

Feb. 8

Steven Douglas Fetter, 61, of Pinehurst, was arrested and booked for delivery of a controlled substance and trafficking a controlled substance.
