Sandra Lee Martz, 74

Sandra Lee Martz, 74, of Mullan, Idaho, passed away Feb. 7, 2024. She was born Oct. 22, 1949, in Deadwood, S.D., to Oswald and Marion Huata.

Sandra worked as bartender throughout the Silver Valley for many years. She enjoyed flower gardening, traveling and especially her friends and family.

She is survived by her significant other, George Schaefer; and two sons, Brian Fernquist of Mullan and John Fernquist of Post Falls. 

In addition to her parents, Sandra’s son, Darrell, preceded her in death. 

Cremation has taken place and no services are planned at this time.
