Andrew Lee Heidrich, 21, of Summerset, S.D., was arrested and booked for misdemeanor excessive DUI, obstructing or resisting and officer, three counts of possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia related to a controlled substance, possessing an open container in a vehicle, needing to carry driver’s license on person, and disturbing the peace.
Bruce Howard Sommer, 71, of Glendale, Ariz., was arrested and booked for lewd contact with a child under the age of 16.
