Shoshone County jail bookings

January 18

Andrew Lee Heidrich, 21, of Summerset, S.D., was arrested and booked for misdemeanor excessive DUI, obstructing or resisting and officer, three counts of possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia related to a controlled substance, possessing an open container in a vehicle, needing to carry driver’s license on person, and disturbing the peace.

Bruce Howard Sommer, 71, of Glendale, Ariz., was arrested and booked for lewd contact with a child under the age of 16.

January 19

Kevin Clyde Derose, 21, of Wallace, was arrested and booked for bond revocation.

Marlaenna Autim Ankney, 32, of Nespelem, Wash., was arrested and booked for two counts of possession of a controlled substance schedule II, use or possession of paraphernalia related to a controlled substance, and possession of an open container in the vehicle.

Waylon George Timentwa, 36, of Nespelem, Wash., was arrested and booked for two counts of possession of a controlled substance schedule II and use or possession of a controlled substance. 

January 20

Nigel Albert Beaumont, 63, of Mullan, was arrested and booked for obstructing or resisting an officer.

January 21

Tyler Roy Harris, 35, of Kellogg, was arrested and booked for aggravated assault, obstructing or resisting an officer, violation of a protection order, intoxicated pedestrian, and disturbing the peace.

Kevin Richard Brain, 66, of Osburn, was arrested and booked for a felony probation violation and felony unlawful possession of a firearm.
