Tiffany Chantel Bergstrom, 36, of Spokane, was arrested and booked for possession of a controlled substance schedule II, possession of paraphernalia related to a controlled substance schedule II, DUI and providing false information to law enforcement.
Travis Dwayne Billingsley, 36, of Bonners Ferry, was arrested and booked for second DUI, possession of an open container and inattentive driving.
