OSTERBERG: For Shoshone clerk

I am writing this letter in support of Lori Osterberg for the office of Shoshone County Clerk. I have known Lori for over 25 years. She was born and raised in Shoshone County, also raising her family here. I first worked with Lori as a school district bus driver. She was a very good driver and was able to maintain order and discipline while safely transporting many students.

Lori was a shining star at the Kellogg School District transportation department. Moving up from bus driver to dispatcher to trainer and then to transportation supervisor. Lori became the expert bus driver trainer and organized and taught the Back-To-School training program throughout North Idaho for other school districts.

When Lori replaced the former transportation supervisor, the transition was flawlessly smooth and Kellogg’s Transportation Department was a well-functioning machine. 

Lori moved on from Kellogg School District to become the state trainer for all of Idaho and rewrote the training protocol. Her experience in leadership, budgeting and implementing policy and procedures will be assets as clerk.

I have always enjoyed working with and for Lori. She is extremely organized, intelligent, very easy to work for and us the best choice for Shoshone County Clerk. I am voting for Lori Osterberg for her integrity and honesty in government.
