Joyce Cranney Huff, 93, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend, passed away peacefully Oct. 12, 2024, at Silverton Health and Rehabilitation of Cascadia in Silverton, Idaho. Joyce was born Oct. 5, 1931, in Oakley, Idaho, a daughter of Gerald Cranney and Martha (Smith) Cranney.

Joyce enjoyed reading, music and sewing and was a wonderful cook. She and Stan also enjoyed traveling, and they made many memorable trips to places, including the Oregon Coast, Alaska, across the United States, Canada, Great Britain, Ireland and several other countries in Europe. Joyce felt that being a loving wife, nurturing mother and caring friend were the most important things she could do in life. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

In addition to her parents and beloved husband Stan, Joyce is preceded in death by her daughter, Lynne Huff Rogers; brother Lex Cranney; and two sisters, Jean Yarrington and Norma Brown.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, Oct. 26, 2024, at 11 a.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 902 S. Division St., in Pinehurst, Idaho. Interment will follow at Day Cemetery in Osburn, Idaho. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a gift to Honor Flight in memory of Joyce and Stan Huff.
