Volunteers needed to pack bedding for kids in need

WALLACE — Volunteers are being asked to build bedding bags for children from 2-4 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 10 at Wallace Public Library at 415 River St., Wallace.

The event is put on in partnership of AmeriCorps and Silver Valley CARES.

Attendees will put together duffle bags of bedding including clean sheets, a decorated pillowcase, a handmade blanket and other donated items. These bedding kits will be provided to children in the area who are low income or do not have access to clean bedding.
