Power outage planned for Pinehurst

PINEHURST — Avista Utilities have announced that some Pinehurst residents and customers in the surrounding area may experience a planned power outage Tuesday, Oct. 2.

The outage will begin around 8 a.m. and end at 4 p.m.

Avista crews are going to relocate a power pole to accommodate the new bridge on Pine Creek Road. 

No road closures are expected as a result of the outage.
