Brewsfest this weekend

| August 8, 2025 1:00 AM

KELLOGG – Brewsfest returns to Silver Mountain Resort this Saturday for its 28th year—still the longest-running event on the mountain. With 23 craft breweries, two food trucks, and two live bands, it’s a summer staple the Inland Northwest won’t miss.

The brewery lineup includes local Silver Valley favorites like Radio Brewing, North Idaho Mountain Brew, and Wallace Brewing, alongside regional standouts such as No-Li Brewhouse, Deschutes Brewery, and One Tree Hard Cider. Expect a wide variety of options, from hoppy IPAs to crisp lagers and even non-beer selections.

“We have a great lineup of beers, ciders, and seltzers this year,” said Silver Mountain event coordinator Gus Colburn. “We want to make sure there is something for everyone to come enjoy a beautiful day of live music in the mountains.”

Food offerings feature local favorites from Coeur d’Alene. Taco Works returns for its third consecutive year with award-winning Mexican cuisine, while newcomer Meltz Extreme Grilled Cheese will serve up their signature savory sandwiches.

Tickets include a scenic gondola ride to the mountaintop and access to the event area, located on Silver Mountain’s winter tubing hill. After gates open at 1 p.m., guests will receive a tasting mug and six drink tickets.

Gates open at 1 p.m., kicking off with Eternal Jones, a Spokane-based rock and blues cover band, performing from 1– 2:30 p.m. Headlining the event is Nu Jack City, known for their high-energy blend of Motown, R&B, Top 40, and more. The music continues into the evening with the Tamarack Ridge Duo, playing the free Brewsfest Afterparty in the gondola village from 6 –9 p.m.

Tickets are $45.95 and available at silvermt.com. Only 1,200 tickets will be sold. If not sold out online, remaining tickets will be available at the Silver Mountain ticket window for $50.95, while supplies last.
