January 31

Cassandra May Head, 40, of Rathdrum, was arrested and booked for obstructing or resisting an officer.

Joseph Steven Murinko, 39, of Smelterville, was arrested and booked for a probation violation. 

Donald Alvin Oliver, 58, of Coeur d'Alene, was arrested and booked misdemeanor DUI.

Cody Martin Sleezer Jr., 39, of Kellogg, was arrested and booked for two counts of injury to a child.  

February 1

Mary Elaine Falls, 18, of Pinehurst, was arrested and booked for aggravated assault.

Sarah Wyss Medley, 38, of Kingston, was arrested and booked for misdemeanor domestic battery.

Barbara Lea Rosteck, 67, of Kellogg, was arrested and booked for possession of a controlled substance schedule II, destruction of evidence, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia related to a controlled substance and misdemeanor DUI.

February 3

Blake Edward Barnhill, 35, of Post Falls, was arrested and booked for driving without privileges.

Jonathan Carter Kightlighter, 22, of Smelterville, was arrested and booked for two counts of injury to a child.

Brenda Rae Lincoln, 59, of Spokane, was arrested and booked for felony DUI and possession of an open container in a vehicle.

Ashley Dawn Mellen, 28, of Cataldo, was arrested and booked for a felony parole violation. 

Jonah Orion Schlicker, 29, of Startup, Wash., was arrested and booked for a misdemeanor out-of-state DUI and concealing a weapon under the influence.

February 4

Laura Michelle Banks, 38, Kingston, was arrested and booked for misdemeanor DUI, possession of an open container in a vehicle, use or possession of drug paraphernalia and obstructing or resisting an officer.

Traylee Renee Parks, 19, of Osburn, was arrested and booked for lewd conduct with a child under the age of 16.
