Jenna Joanna Haynes, 37, of Kingston, was arrested and booked for felony bond revocation.

James Alfred Porter, 59, of Pasco, Wash., was arrested and booked for two counts of possession of a controlled substance schedule II, manufacture of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia related to a controlled substance with intent to use.

Ernest Lynn Quaring, 55, of Ronan, Mont., was arrested and booked for possession of a controlled substance schedule II, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia related to a controlled substance with intent to use.
