Beloved long-time Kellogg Grocer, Charles “Chuck” Anthony Stein, 89, of Osburn, Idaho, passed away December 31, 2017 at the Hospice House of Coeur d’ Alene, Idaho. He was born May 17, 1928 in Kellogg, Idaho; Chuck was the son of Edward P. and Valerine (Zoellner) Stein.
