The parks and recreation committee approved a motion to recommend to General Services to approve issuance of a “Request for Proposals” to solicit interested businesses to construct and maintain two docks and operate the businesses that would provide water-based recreation for the public near Harbor Center and to authorize City staff to select the most qualified bidder through a review team.
