Also included on the bid sheet should be a trade-in quote on one 2004 International Class C 65 passenger diesel powered bus. All quotations must be filed on the official bid form. All bidders must guarantee their bid price for thirty (30) days. The buses must meet all the requirements of the State of Idaho as set forth in all the latest standards published in the Revised Transportation manual, as well as all applicable national safety standards. Detailed specifications and bid instructions, which by reference are made part of this notice, may be obtained from the office of the Superintendent of Schools, 800 Bunker Avenue, Kellogg, Idaho between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Bids must be in the office of the superintendent at the above address no later than 1:00 p.m., Pacific Time, November 14, 2016 at which time they will be opened for review and tabulation.
