Walter was born at Phoenix, British Columbia, Canada to John Krulitz and Barbara Schaultz on April 28, 1919. His family moved to Mullan, Idaho while he was an infant and he later became a naturalized citizen. He attended school at Mullan and graduated 1937.

A Washington man accused of firing a weapon at Shoshone County Airport last summer appeared before Judge Barbara Duggan on Wednesday.

Accused murderer released from treatment facility, case to proceed
Monday was law day in Shoshone County and a number of cases were heard in Judge Barbara Duggan’s District Court. Among the cases heard was the arraignment of Stephanie Paris. Paris was arrested in June of last year on charges of first-degree murder, failure to notify authorities of a death, and obstruction of justice.
